Forum rules

  1. A forum is a place where you can interact with people from all over the world. This will lead to the exchange of ideas that you may not completely agree with. It is OK to debate others and defend your point of view, however there is a fine line between doing it in a respectful way and making people feel unwelcome
 
  1. No discussion of any illegal activity or threats of violence
 
  1. No use of explicit, obscene or vulgar language or images and/or messages, including racist remarks
 
  1. Respect other members of the community and don’t belittle, make fun off, or insult another member or non-member
 
  1. No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permitted
 
  1. Listen to the moderators. They are here to help answer questions and make conversations run more smoothly. You can find them by clicking the members button at the top. All moderators have green text for their names. Don't hesitate to message them with any questions or concerns
 
  1. Avoid using 'bad' words
 
  1. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning
 
  1. No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning
 
  1. Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting a new topic
 
  1. Do not send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages or email to Moderators or Admins, they will be ignored
 
  1. Read the documentation before posting
 
  1. Describe what you've done so far and give as more details about your problem as possible. People will be able to assist you easier if they know specifics, versions and what you have done before the problem
 
  1. If you solve your problem, please follow-up, explain, and write it into the subject, such as ‘Solved’
 
  1. Thank those who help you. Rating helpful messages and posting thank you replies are ways of showing appreciation.
 
  1. Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention
 
  1. Members are asked only to post in English, as this is an English speaking community. If you write anything in another languge, please write it in English as well.
 
  1. Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion
